1200 STX-R / Ultra 150

Factory Pipe and Kawasaki Jetski® Racing have been working together since the team’s inception. That’s why when Kawasaki decided they wanted a set of high quality, high performance triple pipes available to consumers for their Ultra 150 and their STX-R, they naturally came to us. We dyno tested several tuning specs, including the current Kawasaki Jetski® Racing pipes, and came up with a very impressive 50 horsepower gain over the stock pipe when used in conjunction with a modified Kawasaki Ignition (available from Factory Pipe). This massive gain in horsepower adds over 8.5 mph to the top end as well as a huge increase in acceleration. The pipe system comes complete with VHS video, fully illustrated installation instructions and all required hardware. (Modified CDI not included).

800 SX-R Dry Pipe

After months of dyno, field, and durability testing in conjunction with Team Kawasaki, we introduced the 800SX-R Dry exhaust system. This water-jacketed pipe adds 27 horsepower over the stock exhaust. All that power with just the pipe, rejetted carbs, and a timing advance plate (required on 2003 models only)! Our “audit” boat gained 6 mph and had peak power at 7100 rpm. This is the must have 800 SX-R system for closed course racing.

800 SX-R Wet Pipe

The 800 SX-R Wet Pipe is single wall so it’s lighter than our Dry Pipe. It’s based on the proven “B” pipe design so you know it’s reliable and has excellent throttle response. Installation is a snap and no hood modifications are required. The black, hard anodizing provides the ultimate in salt-water corrosion resistance. Of course the 800 SX-R Wet Pipe incorporates the tunable headpipe design, with a simple turn of an Allen wrench you can adjust the power curve to your liking.

750 SXi Dry Pipe

Six years after our venerable 750 SX Limited system we decided to start with a clean sheet to maximize the power of the Kawasaki SXi engine. What came out was an incredible 25+ horsepower gain with powerful midrange performance and blazing top end speed! With features like a high performance "flat-draft" manifold for better flow, a fully water jacketed "dry" chamber for maximum rpm, and our Electronically Controlled Water Injection (ECWI®) system for pulling hard off the line and out of deep turns, this is the ultimate SXi pipe.

750 SX/SXi Limited

The Factory Pipe Limited system will add 20+ horsepower, 850 rpm, and 6 mph to your stock SX/SXi using no other performance parts except a K&N flame arrestor and different carb jets. The 750SX/SXi Limited system includes our tunable headpipe, stainless center bleed chamber, tuned exhaust manifold and all required installation hardware. ECWI® recommended for the best acceleration.

650 SX/X-2

This is the pipe that set the industry standard for performance and left our competition in the dust. The Factory Pipe 650SX produces 60+ HP @ 6,600 rpm, a 36% increase over the stock system! The 650SX/X-2 includes our tunable headpipe, high volume aluminum chamber, and all required hardware.
