General Production I
Able to perform repetitive operations using good safety practices. Possess good hand-eye coordination. Able to understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions. Accurately record and report production, quality, and inventory information. Operate forklift, basic hand tools, power tools, and machinery. Good attention to detail for verification of quality standards and tests. Able to run machines at production standard rates. May do simple MIG welds for tacking and leak repair.
Able to perform all GP I tasks, as well as follow the established preventive maintenance program schedule at stated intervals for the maintenance and upkeep of machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot production machinery and related equipment. Determine trouble source and the necessary corrective action. Perform all other types, maintenance-related work, whether by doing machine repair, tool & dye repair, welding, cutting, installing, hydraulics, pneumatics or three-phase electrical work or any other projects requiring the contribution of the maintenance department.
